Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates vary depending on your location

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.

Damages

Seeragam is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@seeragam.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / Defective Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@seeragam.com with details of the product and the defect. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
