You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
Seeragam is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate the return process after discussing the issue with our support team. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused and in its original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@seeragam.com or call our customer support number. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
The fastest way to get a replacement is to first return the original item after coordinating with our support team. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
